FLOATING SUPPERS
We introduced the concept of the “Floating Supper” to our clients many years ago. As a company that is always looking to modernize the classic approach to catering, the Floating Supper became a steadfast staple of our larger celebrations.
Now with Covid Safety Protocols, we have found that The Floating Supper concept is more practical and popular than ever.
So what is a Floating Supper? In essence it is an all-night cocktail affair. Replacing the typical Entrée portion of Wedding and Celebrations and keeping unique and flavorful individual bites and plates passed by servers for the full event.
Typically, the courses start with lighter fare and become more substantial as the evening progresses.
This sets the tone of the event. It allows the party to never end. No 2 hour pause for a dinner course, but endless celebrations with delicious food coming at you for the duration of the party. It is a sure way guarantee that all guests will have ample selections and will certainly never leave hungry.
